[Mount] Spectral Zulian Tiger =D -

heya guys! just signed up recently to replace my mounts and discovered something pretty nice using a combination of skin packs if anyones interested :]
heres the details and explanation to what i did.
i installed both the [black war tiger to spectral tiger] reskin and the [storm sabre to dawnsabre] reskin.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
i discovered that the [black war tiger to spectral tiger] changed all tiger mounts to spectral, resulting in a spectral stormsabre as well!
likewise with the dawnsabre mount i somehow ended up with a zulian tiger when i replaced my stormsabre.. now this skin pack for the dawnsabre came with replacements for each tiger and since i only replaced my stormsabre im not sure if this discovery will work with others too :P.
so thats the background.. heres how to do it. and remember this is merely a discovery by me. i did not create these skins, this mount is merely a result of using 2 people's skin packs :]
dawnsabre pack by patchumz [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Black War tiger to spectral tiger by Mellexx [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Further note that i used these on retail WITHOUT some mefix thing. i simply kept the filenames as they were or renamed them to patch-# and place them into my wow/data folder. to be exact here are my filenames for what i've renamed in case they make a difference xD
spectral tiger is called "patch-4.MPQ"
dawnsabre(stormsabre) is called "patch-d.MPQ"

Lol, sorry, the Stormsaber has been turning into the Zulian Tiger for a while, I need to fix that and reupload it :P Been a while since i've taken my eyes off of the beta so I need to brush up on my model editing skills.

haha awesome work though ^^ although it'd be cool if you could keep the zulian tiger one as well since it doesnt look like anyone's made a convert for that one
I fixed my Zulian Tiger bug, so if you want to try and see if this still works with my Dawnsaber edit(Meaning it makes a Spectral Dawnsaber) just redownload it.
Hope this works with Dawnsaber, it'd be really cool.
EDIT: I believe by installing the Black War Tiger -> Spectral Tiger it changes all tiger models to Spectral Models and then the BLP changes the Black skin to a spectral skin.. That's what he did.. so his will make ALL sabers spectral.

mhm not knowing any of the technicalities of the models i guess i thought the same thing :P
i'll be sure to try out the dawnsabre too ^^ im sure it'll work in pretty much the same way.
although it'd be awesome if you could keep both the zulian and dawnsabre packs
if you happened to find a zulian tiger model for horde mounts you could probably just add on the "black war tiger -> spectral tiger" pack and it might work.

hehe.. though now that patchumz has changed his dawnsabre i'll have to reupload the old zulian tiger one. if anyone wants it just post here and ill upload it for you guys :]
