To fix the Arthas skin you need to change to treepaths of the textures and the M2.

Creature/Arthas/ARTHASLICHKING_01.BLP
Creature/Arthas/ARTHASLICHKING_02.BLP
CREATURE/Arthas/ArthasLichKing.M2

That should make him appear normal.

All it is is white for me and the partical effect is just squares...I can make my own skin but, it is really pale looking

I too made my own skin, and it's quite pale, however it doesnt get rid of the green squares. Im downloading the WOTLK client now, ill see if there are more files in there that are needed. Going horribly slow though, wont have it till tomorrow.
