wowow less ptr patches imo  . Servers just went down and yeah ill post a new fix if it needs one. |

Latest modeledit.exe works with PTR build 7189.

can we please have a general working Fix for the Live server model edit fix, alot of people are getting alot of errors either to do with other programs interfering, or not having permission ( i have the permission problem, and im the admin on my comp ), so alot of us would realy apreciate it please.

AVG says the live version (2.1.3) is a virus, and when I ignore it/turn of AVG, I don't have the right to open it or something and nothing in properties helps and considering that the PTR ones work (start wow, not a virus and I have the right to open it) but those don't work with live wow it would seem (get error). Seems you're busy enough as it is though, so I guess I'll survive
EDIT: Seems I've been an idiot. You should post answer on main page though

Sorry to be bothering but now I've turned of all AVG components and COMODO firewall (no virus/protect apps running) which someone said would solve the permission problem but it didn't work. The only thing I havn't done yet is running it as admin which I can't atm.
I don't want a clean fix, seems its uneeded, but I'd like an straight answer to my simple question rather than going through 51 pages of crap and some answers that may or may not work (such as turning off antivirus stuff)
EDIT: I got it working, but turning of AVG and firewall wasn't enough, I had to uninstall them it would seem. Hopefully firefox + noscript + like 7 different anti spyware programs with hitman pro is enough :/
