Im having the exact same problem as Undeadtauren except im on the PTR...This is the first time this has happened (Apart from the times when i needed to install the update for ModelFix) and nope, i haven't got anything like Process Guard blocking it. :<
tht lastest file doesnt work at all with any custome changed in the data folder

AV then? The problem is obviously with your pc and not the fix. You are obviously running something that has screwed the file over. Reboot and Disable any/all AVs.

Ive been using the same file every since i had problem with AV decting it as Trojan which im sure it aint, then i dled it ur lastest one which i beleive is a few pages back and that doesnt work, AV doesnt pick up as an V but it doenst work..wow just crashes

Dont mind my last post, can someone tell me why after I unisntall AVG i'm still not able to use the model edit fix? did i miss out on sth? must i delete sth?
. Your edit is either broken or you're using the wrong ModelEditFix version.
