i tried out the gryphon--> pheonix one and it turned out realy stupid looking, looks like a gryphon with chicken wings and was gold with a red dot on its head, looks realy wierd

what the flux, how do you do this . . . i downloaded one of the patch things and i uh didnt know what to do . . . i saved on desktop but when i open it, it asked if i want to open with IE and when i do, it takes me to some site that says that is wrong or something . . . help?
