Extract the rar archive, should be a itemcache.wdb in it

Copy this to this place :

1 : Goto wow directory
2 : Goto cache
3 : Open all maps in cache untill you can't open anymore
4 : replace the Itemcache.wdb thats located there with the one i gave you

I only focus on Item Swaps atm (Netherdrake is a -creature-, not a item (thought you have to click on it) and so are the netherdrake eggs, but i'll do some research now and if i find it i'll try to fix it

I think u dide alittle mistake mate =S u put the gloves on the glove spot aswell as the shoulder spot. so the shoulders are hidden, running around without shoulders
