Do I just have to change the file format into WDB and then rename it to itemcache?

ITs in a winrar archive, so unrar it, then there should be a file : itemcache.wdb, replace it with the one in your cache folder.

Merciless Gladiator's Leather Helm ---> Cursed Vision of Sargeras

Merciless Gladiator's Leather Spaulders ---> Vengeful Gladiator's Leather Spaulders

Merciless Gladiator's Shanker ---> Vengeful Gladiator's Slicer

Wait - it as meant as in two packages, the first one with:
Mograine's Might ---> Hammer of the Naaru ONLY.

And number 2 with:
Merciless Gladiator's Leather Helm ---> Cursed Vision of Sargeras

Merciless Gladiator's Leather Spaulders ---> Vengeful Gladiator's Leather Spaulders

Merciless Gladiator's Shanker ---> Vengeful Gladiator's Slicer

Black Mageweave Shoulders -> Mantle of Absolution
Runecloth Robe -> Shroud of Absolution
Zum'rah's Vexing Cane -> Amani Divining Staff

(If you don't have that staff either, leave it be )
