Any news about New 3.0 files pls ?

I'm still ironing out flaws with the High Elf model.
Mainly in the hairstyles since there are quite a few inherant seam issues and/or general placement problems, but overall it's looking cleaner.
One thing I can say though, is that texturing is 100% (or extremely close to) done.

I should also set aside an hour and sort out the male soundset, I forgot about them and a kind soul let me know that only the general sounds work, and the error messages didn't.

Given that a major friend of mine, and tester is a Draenei. I'll be converting them first.

Ok, I managed to get my dwarf as a high elf, but he has the lame unhappy face noone chooses ;/

How could I change the face?

Get a DBC editing tool
Open the MPQ, extract CharSections.dbc
Open CharSections.dbc
Edit the corresponding face/skin geosets
Replace dbc file in the MPQ

I have a bug in Drenai to High Elf pack

I Start Wow + wowme
Login in....
select my Drenai and he had a Black Face i dont know why but when i will create a new Drenai the face works fine, i canceld the Char creation and lol my drenai with the black face have the face frome the non created characte

Seems to be a texture lookup error.

As for the error itself. I'll have it repaired with 3.0 Draenei.

Didn't work for me, no idea why just nothing happens. All my other edits work and I'm using wowme, have the MPQ in caps and all the rest.

is the Dreanei 3.0 will be up by the time WotLK comes out? I wanna make a HE Death Knight but I don't wanna get rid of the pretty NE girls ^^

3.0 won't work with WoW 3.0.2 or WoTLK.

A 4.0 of High Elves will be based on the file system of Wrath and if there is a solid MEF for it.
This also means 3.0 will pretty much be put on hold, scrapped if you will and development of 4.0 may begin early into December.
