Actually, its speculated that the green glow of their eyes is do to a corruption. Fel energies if Im correct (Fel carries that characteristic green glow), and since Illidan is teaching them how to suck up magic to keep the pangs of withdraw away I wouldnt think twice of saying Blood Elves became corrupted.

Hell even now with the release of 2.4 and the Sunwell the "Blood" Elves under kael have started to call themselves Fel Blood Elves.

So I would say the Blood Elves still Loyal to the Horde are in a less corrupted state then their brothers and sisters still serving Kael and summoning Kil Jaden.

Corrupt is still Corrupt but I would argue the degree of corruption not if they are or not.
