Best Level For Twinking?

29 or 39 imo some enchants etc are fun and u can do atleast 2 bgs not just WSG

Twinks are dead tbh. I always have and will think level 19 twinks are the best, the least amount of talent points to work with and slightly allows anyone who puts the effort into twinking have a good toon. No matter what class.

lvl 19 is not about skill. id say 39 because of the TBC enchants and alot of spells

19 is about rogues and hunters... I myself got a warlock there and it's dull as hell.

39 is the most interesting bracket imo

u should try to have a mage u will owned by everyone mostly because SP doesnt give so much bonus dmg in low lvls

It all depends on what class, at least thats how i think about it..
I personally prefer lvl 19 for rogues, but 39 is overall the best for
any class, this due to the enchantments you can get!

I would definitely advise to go with 69 if you're a Rogue... But in general, I think 19 and 39 are good ones.
