Okay I'm only posting this here because it's allowed to question...
I know... I'm stupid... but who cares anyway?
You know that since 2.4? after 10 or more minutes of "flag carrying" the flag carriers become 50% or 100% more vulnarable to damage.
Well what will happen if you get that debuff and drop the flag and let someone else get it and transfer it back to you or just let him hold it?
Will the debuff stay on the original "flag carrier"?
Will the debuff transfer to the other guy?
Will the debuff remove for both of the factions?
Or is there a debuff ?!? Not really paid attention, because my flag carriers don't last that long to target them
I can't do some research, sorry...

As soon as a flag resets, the debuff should be removed. Simple as that. If the flag isn't capped in the time your flag is picked up, the debuff could come back.

whoever has the flag after the 10 mins has the debuff even if you give the flag to someone else,

so if player A has flag and 10 mins passes, and he gives the flag to player B, player B now has the debuff and player A doesnt

When both flags are held, the flag carriers will receive 50% increased damage done to them after approximately 10 minutes and 100% increased damage after approximately 15 minutes. (As of patch 2.4)
