Well this is bascily a dbc editor.

What the hell is this dbc editor?
This is a dbc editor (exactally what the name is) it can change things in wow that are used in a file called DBC (In your repack explantion: where the conf files are but in seperate folder called 'DBC')

I dont know what you can use it with but ya it can edit information like zone music (like many ppl are trying to do is add music to there server..but you will need to figure how to add music yourself, till i remeber how to add music to the server i will post when i and if iremeber)

But ya basiclly it custimizes your things like start items(FYI: frekin hard to understand this so you will need lots of expertese Extra notes: the recomended Dbc editor cant read this file so ya you have to use the dbc converter)
And you can see what else it custimizes by just going to your DBC files in your repack.

Note: I didn't make thess Dbc Editors.

Insturctions on how to use Csv converter:
Simple so ya here they are...
1) Download this file to where ever you want
2) Place this file in Dbc (Its located in you Repack so ex c:RepackDbc)
3) Run it and do what every you want to do with it

With this DBC editor You can view the DBC better so (Recomended)

This one turns the DBC files in to csv (Note after that open them up with notepad)
