[Guide] How to: Onehitkill and Overpowered Heal for any class
First, this guide wasn´t made by me. I just saw it on Deathsoft and i thought it would be cool to have it here on mmowned... so all credits for this go to Dark Stranger of Deathsoft ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
For this you will just need some things:
First of all Cheat Engine and ofc WoW.
Onehitkill - thing:
Ok this isn´t really a onehitkill but its pretty cool and if you spam the macro (we will come to that later) it does ALOT of dmg.
For this trick you´ll need the item Smokey´s Lighter ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ])
If you already have it good for you. If not... come on GET IT! :P
Now... the trinket has to be equipped on the upper/first trinket spot. Switch to Cheat Engine, open WoW-process in it and search for 13171.
Now put all the addresses in the lower window and freeze them all. After that switch the values of all that addresses to 25634 (remember: addresses have to be frozen)
Now go back into WoW and make a macro with as many lines of /use 13 in it as you can. After that put that macro on the place "0" and make another macro with lines of /click ActionButton10 (yes without a space). Now if you click it every mob near you will recieve tons of dmg
Heal ya self for like 10k whenever you want!:
1. Go get yourself Talisman of the Horde ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) or Talisman of the Alliance ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) if you´re alli.
2. Equip the trinket on second trinket place
3. Switch to CE
4. Search for 24551 of you are horde, if you´re Alli search for 25829.
5. Put all addresses into the lower window
6. Freeze them!
7. Change all the values to 833
8. Go back into game.
9. Make a macro with /use 14 lines...
10. Put it on "9" in your actionbar
11. Use the macro
Now i hope this guide helped you and if there are any questions, ask me! Oh and no this doesn´t work with spells and THIS IS JUST FOR PRIVATE SERVERS! This just works because cooldowns are client-sided on private servers. Oh and now some crap: LULULU ich mag Äpfel mehr als du!

Ok i THINK it will work but im testing it right now...:
If it works it will be like this:
1. Open WoW, get yourself the item and open Cheat Engine
2. Choose WoW process
3. search for 21891
4. Take all numbers down
5. Freeze them
6. Change all the values to 25634
7. use it
Like i said I´m testing right now I´ll edit this later
Ok this is wierd... it works like the little guide in this comment says BUT: Its not a meteor and it you have to target a mob. It means you can spell it with no cooldown and it does 430 dmg but just on one target. If you make a macro for that you´ll have a nice onehitkill macro :P

yeah ive been using it with the meteor, kills everything in one hit lol. Also changes the meteor trinket to Oshu'gun Relic for some reason, but still hurts the target.

You can do it without Cheat Engin I use it sometimes, like the PvP trinket that heals you for 800-900 and some resilence, If I just quite spam click it I get healed like 4 times cuz for some reason on Private servers the CD doesnt start right after you clicked :S its really weird.. You can do it almost with every trinket but, only that thinks restore things like Increase your Spell dmg doesnt work cuz its a buff and it doesnt work with buffs :S

Hmm yeah you can do that with just the macro. but with this way you don´t have the normal cooldown of the trinket. Without this way you can for example heal you for 7k with the trinket but you have to wait like 2-4 min till you can do it again. Oh and cooldowns are stored client side. Ofc the ascent team could fix it but ...

Errm ppl really need to learn how memory tools actually work..Call me a geek but frozing and changing 498 addresses with data totaly unrelated to what you actually need to change is really NOT a good idea even if it works...
To avoid doing that:
After you searched the ID of the Trinket (in this case 13171) then change the trinket with an another one (any) and then at Cheat Engine change the Scan Type to "Changed Value" and press next search OR search for the new trinket ID with "Exact Value" Scan Type.

You can do that but i jsut change the 68 values i find. Most of them aren´t that important and IF they are important it gives you just an error you restart game and you can play. But your way is safer :P
