Today I'm going to teach you how you can max out all your talents at level 70
What you need:
Wpe pro
Permedit
Guide:

• Open wow
• Login
• Open wpe pro
• Open permedit
• In permedit grant access to wpe pro
• target wow in wpe pro
• Click on a filter
• Press the edit selected filter button (the pencil)
• In collum 11 of search put 00
• in collum 11 of modify put:

1. 01 for a 2 point talent
2. 02 for a 3 point talent
3. 03 for 4 points
4. 04 for 5 points

• Apply the filter
• Start doing your talents.
• If the talent has 5 points put the 5 point filter on

Talents from other classes

• Find the talent you want.
• Let's say the talent is Shield spec from Shaman. The id for it is 64 02 and it has 5 points
• Now you need to find a talent that has 5 points in your talent tree. I used Malice for this. The id for Malice is 0E 01
• In Search put 0E 01 in the 07 and 08 rows and in the 11th row put 04. The 04 part is the part that decides how many points you get. It's the same as with the other guide. 04 for 5 points and so on
• In modify put 64 02 in 07 and 08 and in 11 put 00
• Put the filter on and click on Malice. You shouldn't see any points in malice but a point should be deducted from your talents.
• That's it =D

Ps: you need to have to have the required amount of points in the talent tree of the talent you want to get.

Shaman:
Shield spec : 64 02 (5 points)
Thundering strikes ( +crit) : 65 02 (5 points)
2h axe + mace : 69 02 (1 point)
Anticipation (+dodge) : 59 02 (5 points)
Rogue:
Malice (+crit) : 0E 01 (5 points)
Relentless strikes : 1901 ( 1 point)
Lightning Reflexes (+5% dodge) - 5 points - BA 00
Precision (+5% hit) - 5 points - B5 00
Mage:
Arcane Subtelty : 4A 00 (2 points)
Arcane Focus : 4C 00 (5 points)
Imp. Arcane missiles : 50 00 (5 points)
Arcane Concentration : 4B 00 (5 points)
Arcane Fortitude : 55 00 (1 point)
Magic Absorption : 72 06 (5 points)
Pressence Of Mind : 45 56 (1 point)
Arcane Mind: 4D 00 (5 points)
Arcane instability : A5 01 (3 points)
Spell Power : 01 04 (2 points)
Paladin:
Divine Strength (+10% strength) - 5 points - AA 05
Divine Intellect (+10% intellect)- 5 points - A9 05
Spiritual Focus - 5 points - 98 05
Warrior:
Anticipation (+20 defense) - 5 points - 8A 00
Cruelty (+5% crit) - 5 points - 9D 00
Toughness (+10% armor) - 5 points - 8C 00

Downloads:
Wpe pro + permedit

Make sure you do not enable multiple filters at the same time because it will not work if you do that.

Well you can but you won't be able to max em out. What it does is turn your 1 talent point added into 4 or 5.

i was wondering if you could help me get mines up. The filters arent working they are still only giving me 1 talent point everytime i use it. I am playing on a private server. Followed this guide step by step.
