[WIP] Mac ArcEmu Item Creator

If this is completed this might be the first released ArcEmu Item Creator for the Mac OSX Platform. It won't work behind the scenes in the initial release. It will have a nice GUI but a messy way of completing actions.

PROGRESS 4%

November 6 [7:00]- Started the Project and added 2 UI Buttons and a Solid Color Background
November 6 [7:50]- Changed the background to a more appealing nature.

Note: Even if your not on a Mac I would love feedback and your suggestions on a Background, Images, UI changes, and everything else.
