[Release] Player Start Editor; Edit start locations and items
Player Start Editor
This is a simple program for editing the items your player has when he creates his character. I made this program because I think that the playercreateinfo tables are hard to edit manually. This program will handle all the hard work.

I AGREE

How To Use It
  1. You will be asked to enter mysql connection information, enter the credentials and the database your world database
  2. If the connection was successful, you will see window that looks a bit like the wow UI
  3. Click on the slot you wish to edit
  4. A window should popup
  5. Check for everyone if you want everyone and enter the item id in the box
  6. Click commit to have your changes saved to the database
  7. Wait until the window closes
  8. If you care about your PlayerCreateInfo items make a copy in another database and edit that one instead.

Now this, this is sick. +repx2 and grats on making an awesome program. One thing I might suggest in future releases of this though, is maybe having an item DB so you can search for an item through the program. And one other thing that would be cool is something like a wowhead format for looking at the items on the person. So it would looke like the armoury kinda.

Hopefully that made sense :P

So you guys are sayin this works? as of 3.1.2 or whatever? and any idea if i ran it on a windows computer to edit would it work if i played on my mac?

This program works on macs using Mono (or rather I think it will) It can connect remotely If the mysql server allows this. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
