ArcEmu GMHelper Revised - New features

As some of you may have heard, I have been meaning to work on the intensively popular ArcEmu GMHelper Addon.
I am happy to say that my initial version is complete.
hopefully this will let Maven know that I'm here to help if he needs it *hint hint*

Bug Fixes / Code Cleanup

ObjectForm.XML:
Added X, Y, Z Rotation Buttons, Input Method and instructor.
Added "MOVE" button
Revised coding structure to allow usage on WoW UI Designer - Doesn't delete text when you edit things now
GMH.lua:
Imported the necessary code to enable, and allow usage of the new functions I added
