PlrAcc [Advanced DB Player Management]
Here is the features of this program..

Modify Account [ Login, Password, Permissions ]
Delete [ Characters, Mail ]
Send Mail / Read other players mail
Get online players
Find players
Ban players
Mute Players
IP Ban players
Extract all the Emails in your DB and export them

this is cool +rep it would be great if you gave the source so others may learn from this

this would be a nice way to learn MySQL connection and queries within programs

could be nice to have an explaner or somthing with it on account manager with the account permissions cuz im right now wondering what the top gm permisons is
