ArcMe V1.2
This editor is completely stable, I use it on my own DB..
PLEASE REPORT ANY BUGS! AND GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS!

@ Hellgawd - FDE does work fine, but monopolies are always bad. Because if they fail, even just for a week or two (like FDE did) then the newbs QQ for weeks
