I honestly don't think IP bans happen a lot anymore. Account bans tend to be simpler and more effective.

There isn't a way to pass the lag. I'm sorry but I don't know any other way. I wish I did.

Its possible, because your not logging into there /b/tard crap. Instead you are logging in by someone else's IP address, who isn't IP banned from the server. This making you unbannable, and you can continue to mess and annoy people.

i have a bigger problem, do u know a way to bypass an country ip perma ban? xD
i used HotSpot Shield, proxyswitcher and some other progs...HotSpot Shield works...but only 1 time( bad that i didnt know that before )

btw with hotspot shield my average latency was about 450 (Just 4 info, if somebody wanna use it)
