Speed hack ban

My friend got banned the other day for using a speedhack, said 7 day temporary ban, But in the eula they quote it says it results in an immediate termination.

I was wondering, do they ban it for 7 days then delete it or will he be able to come back? I don't think he will come back after this if it is a perma ban which means i get to play solo -.- gunna ruin my experience as well *sigh*

I had gotten a 7 d temporary ban. I got an email a few hours later stating that after further examination the penalty is now immediate account termination as per the eula, so the guy has a valid point here.

Yes I got the same... first temp then it turns to permanent ban.

7 days that's not bad compared to my first account at the first month got perm banned no warning no suspend , Account deactivcated instantly.

Guess they are losing lots of player base recently that they decided to change the stance to 7 days suspend on first attempt instead.

You don't understand... it was a warning then a ban. Not a warning, let go, get caught again then ban... no no. It's like this "Hey you owe me $5..." later: "Oops sorry, I meant to say you owe me $50."
