Doesn't help immeasurably, or even to that great of an effect, but it eliminates the scrolling through the EULA at the beginning of each session, reducing it to simply checking the box and clicking accept.
Go into your WAR directory, then cache, then english. You should be at something along the lines of C:\Program Files\WarhammerOnline\cache\english. Once you're there, open up EULA.cache with notepad, and delete everything inside of it. Save the file, then right click it and open up it's properties, then make it read only.
Doesn't completely eliminate the EULA box, just speeds up the process of getting through it (makes it a blank box)
I am the knuckle, Bow down and buckle.
Hold your breath, Your world is running down.
Live for the family, Die with the family, All is the family.
My gun is running out.

It doesn't cause any irrevocable damage. Merely removing the file's "Read-Only" property will cause the patcher to download a new one upon launch of WAR, so don't be too afraid
