| Physical Immunity, What it is and how it can be obtained
PI (Physical Immunity) is the way to survive in the current patch (1.10). It is by far the best stragety of reducing damage possible, however, there are many steps and requirements to make a decent physical immunity.

| Basics

There are two very basic things you will want to add that'll greatly help you in a battle. NV Dodge, Avoid, and Evade (all found under the NotVisible branch in ZonFire's Hero Editor). Having these 3 attributes on your character will make you dodge almost any attack anyone throws at you. Some of the only attacks that can hit are Smite and Auras (there are more but none of them are used since they are weaker). If you fail to add these to your character, people could hit you with any possible attack making it hard to be immmune to all.
Next is Damage Reduce %. This attribute will completely get rid of a good amount of damage delt to your character. Add one Damage Reduce 255% to your character and you will reduce 50% of damage. You may ask these questions:
Why does it only reduce 50% of damage?
If I add more will it help?
The answer to question one would be because 50 % is the maximum amount of damage you can reduce with this attribute. It will not go over this limit regardless of how many percents you add. The answer to question two would be no, because the cap is 50% and adding more will not reduce any more damage. You could, however, add normal Damage Reduce to get rid of some damage

Physical Immunity is mainly the Sorceress skill, Energy Shield. No, it is not that simple to accomplish . Energy shield's job is to revert 95% of damage to your mana. If your mana ever hits 0 your energy shield will break and all damage will be delt to your life (not good). What you need in this case is Mana Regeneration. But before we get to mana regeneration, let's talk about Mana.
Without enough Mana you won't be able to regenerate fast enough to keep it from hitting 0. You will need a good amount of mana. Stack Mana and Mana % many times onto your items to accomplish a good Mana value. You will want to head for either a 500,000K, 1.5 million, or 2.5 million mana value. These seem to work the best with Energy Shield and the Telekenesis synergy (we'll talk about Telekenesis later on).
Once you have a mana value near the values listed above, you will want to get some mana regeneration. You can use This Tool to figure out how much mana regeneration you need for your mana, or you can just keep adding as many regeneration attributes (NV Mana Regeneration % and Mana Regeneration %) as you can until your mana stays at 0 then remove some until it remains full.
You have Energy Shield, a good mana value, and a good mana regeneration. What else is there? Let's introduce the telekenesis synergy. This synergy is very easy to accomplish. Simply add a charged version of Telekenesis to your character and you will have the synergy. By having Telekenesis charged on your character it reduces the amount of damage delt to your mana in half (I am unsure about this since I remember reading this a long time ago). All and all, it does a very good job of keeping your Energy Shield alive and your mana stable so I recommend adding it
You will be quite immune to Physical damage at this time but without a proper absorb/resist setup you are very vulnerable to good auras. To reduce damage done by elemenetal attacks, simply add a high amount of Absorbs and Resists BOCL (Based On Character Level). Once you have enough, any good aura will only do damage to your mana, however, if you have a good Mana Regeneration setup your mana should go back to full.
Another thing would be Life Lock. Life Lock will prevent you from dieing when you have one life. Your life will always remain at one (unless you regenerate some) and never hit 0. This can be accomplished by adding Werebear or Wearwolf on Death as an attribute. The counter for this is having a Level 4 Mind Blast on Death. This will be useful for surviving for those people who are to careless to add the Mind Blast

One of the more advanced and confusing things of Physical Immunity is DTM (Damage To Mana). This is an attribute you can add to your character to give you mana whenever damage is done to your life. This attribute will regenerate a certain amount of mana every time damage is delt to your character depending on how much percent you use. The problem with this attribute is it is very picky. If you have anywhere near a bad value of DTM it will mess up your PI completely. It can prove useful if you get it setup right
Prayer can also be confusing since it doesn't really work as expected. It requires a certain level for Prayer to even be useful. If you have a bad value, you're pretty much just wasting file space. The wierd thing about Prayer is that the more you add the worse it may get. Prayer is best at a certain level so going over that level or not going far enough won't give you Prayer's best regeneration. If I remember correctly, a level 3000 prayer seemed to be pretty good but can be better
One other thing you will want is Smite Dodge. This can be accomplished by having a negative defense. You can get a negative defense by having 1 dexterity and adding -Defense attributes to your character. -100 defense should be enough. By having smite dodge you may be able to avoid getting hit by your opponent's smite if they have nothing to prevent you from dodging their smite.
