Meh, idc tbh. | Using that logic, you could call any world building an exploit. For the sole reason that you are editing the terrain to include hills, or models that are not there by default. A hill, or hole in front of stormwind for you maybe a vital piece in aesthetics, for someone else, it's a way to get under stormwind. Once under, they have an unfair advantage.
