You will need to rename these files to patch-#.MPQ (any number from 3-9 or letter from a-z) to get them to work.
Please don't ask for screenshot's, I've told you what it is, and getting them is just a hassle .

After renaming the file, you need to put it in your Data folder. C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data ... or something. Just rename it, put it in the Data folder which is inside your World of Warcraft folder.

I downloaded the file i renamed it and put it in the wow/data but its still not changed i named it patch-3-9.MPQ is that wrong??

It SHOULD work... have you tried useing Wowmodeleditfix? I also didn't use DBC editor on them. So that may be a reason! Sorry, and good luck!

It's really quiet simple. Open up MyWarCraftStudio, find what you want to change your model into, extract it, go to the CHARACTER Troll Male part, Copy Treepath on Troll Male.m2, Pack(p), Create MPQ Archive, name it patch-#.MPQ (3-9 or a-z), Pack(P) Add File to Archive, click the thing you want to change your model into, then take the whole copyed treepath and rename it to that. Viola !
