it isnt possible. mountain climbing requires changing an offset. i guess most of you wouldnt know since your lazy and use trainers instead of seeing how it works with cheat engine,. anyways, the offset is a hexademical(sp?) offset the game uses, it is in no way a texture or model. -_-

well since it is possible to edit then why dont you try to put the edit INTO a mpq format so people can use without warden getting the wiser as it seems they dont do a illegal properties check or something like that
and yes i dont know **** about programming, i just do what i can...
or if not then make a program to use before signing in to WoW that changes the values and makes it permanent then quit the program and when you exit WoW it stops the effect since warden (so ive read) works in 15 sec. bursts if you can time it then you will be able to do this without detection.
...supposedly...only saying since dark portal works then we should give this a try...

i have not DLed so i dont know if it works and i think we should try because they could have just gotten rid of the possibility by several other ways and i only asked for a try not a "dont try because i think its not possible"
CE crashed WoW when i used it as the only way for it to even work was for it to get into WoW through it and when i get in the second the loading screen comes off WoW freezes until CE is exited...

the wall climbing thing is an offset, not a file. therefore it cant be put into an mpq. i believe our wall climbing is history.

can you explain this offset for me? as i am thinking you are meaning something that is loaded on use right? or something that is set just off to make not right...or something?

Maybe edit wow to load what is needed, like control what it reads and sends through without having another process open....
no, when you run WoW, there are things setup in the .exe (offsets) that are not files. there is no files having to do with it at all. its something that WoW puts up when you run it. as i stated before, i believe our wall climbing is over.

while it is sad to see such a fun hack to go away(*tear tear cry cry*) atleast now the true explorers can still have fun. in a way you know, its kinda good for some people that this will be gone. but to others its bad. cheating does bring new meaning to the game but also takes *some* fun away. atleast wall jumping is still around. time for everyone else to l2xplor

well as mention before that maybe it is possible to edit the .exe?
but i read on this website that there was something with the MCer some one posted that made it so that the effect was permanent even though the program was turned off...so maybe we could make it like that so that warden maybe warden wouldnt detect the MCer
i dont know if its possible but it IS worth the shot MCer deserves
if MCer is truly gone then maybe start an MCer goodbye thread to let every one /wrists and cry and weep for the great little guy who helped us to get almost to anything /teardrop

wall walking is dead. D-E-D. you can not edit the .exe to make it so you can wall walk. blizzard can not detect CE, but the trainers im not sure about. the new warden probably checks for that offset being changed. MCing is,as i stated several times, gone.
