I was planning to add fire indeed on the sword, just like in the series ^^ but I'd have to ask Xayo bout it since he's the only one that is knowledgeable with how to add particles and such, but yea shakugan no shana = ftw. Season 2 was a bit disappointing tho the first 13 episodes, and only the fight against Sabrac was nice, but still a nice serie over all ^^

Hope that season 3 will come soon ^^

And btw, I use 3ds max 2009 for all the models that I created thus far. Just search it up on torrent sites ^^

Ghehe ty for compliment and yea I know, wanted to add flame particles, researching how to add particles but up until now no luck ^^ and ^Xayo, those screenies with the hex thingy are confusing ^^

Either way, looks like DBC edits doesn't work 0.o

O well, I'll just see how it turns around, else I will be releasing the model without fire repack, but still I want fire particles on the sword ^^

Yep, that's the tutorial that I used for this ^^ and yeah basically, if ya try to make the katana yerself the only main difference would be the hilt and tsuba, which was in my case. Although, you could try and go a different style with the blade, making the blade more bigger or something, but then it wouldn't be a katana tho lol.

But it's a nice tutorial to polish your basic skills, imo a good tutorial for starters. Basically, it explains how to do line art, extruding and such things, learned it with other tutorials too tho but o well.

Shameless bump is shameless. Adding an update, and later around the night I will post a download link. Managed to get the signs on it (thx synth ^^) and since my warrior fire repack just failz now dbc edits are not working for me to test it out, I might as well release the sword itself.

As you guys have followed the conversation about me and Xayo, then you notice that there aren't gonna be flame particles on it, so I will only be releasing the sword....for the moment.
