It's not green,lol. It looks green but you can easily fix it from your Video configuration.
That's right, go ingame on your character. Press "Esc" then hit "Video". At "Special Effects" (left bottom) you will see something like "Specular Lighting" (first one). Disable it, exit and go back in and Voila, it's done

Nope didn't work, I think theres just a problem with the model.

the problem is that the texture isnt there, or was not injected properly. Extract it out and use Ultimate Unwrap 3D (or some other UV map program) and create a texture for it, import both and enjoy ^_^

How about the OP just posts the m2 here, and I'll soon tell you where you need to put the texture. Usually I'd get the model myself and check it out, but there is no bloody way I'm waiting a few days for the alpha patch to DL ¬_¬
