Maybe because you might want to have fire graphics but have to be frost because of pvp, kite spec or whatever

The point is if you're 70 and know what you're doing you'd be frost for pvp and fire for pve. If a pvp mage wants his spells to look like fire then he'd use this pack. No one cares what you want anyway.

pretty cool but only if you change the frezzing lookin to... couse if you using blast fire and the enemys got frozzen it looks strange but +rep for idea and work
