Go to, Model editing > Model Editing Guides and Programs > Search for the sticky : Glitchy's MES.

Download/Install it.

Go to WDB Editor, then load your Itemcache.
Search for your vengeful shoulders and head, then search for the head and shoulders you'd like to change them to.
Press "Convert" on the program.Then log in, and enjoy your new and awesome looks.

Sorry I can't do it for you directly. But this program makes changes like that EASY. 3 click process.

i tried it out just now but the programs gave me a hell lot of errors i have been struggling the last 3 hours to running my PC correctly again

so if anybody got a better PC than me would be nice if someone could help me with my request
