The way you do it is quite simple:
1. Create folder with correct treepaths according to your edit (/Common/Creatures/cat/ for example)
2. Drop root folder on to DropMPQ (google it) and let it make an MPQ.
3. Rename the new MPQ to patch-4.MPQ (make sure the extension is capitalized)
4. Drop patch-4.MPQ into /World of Warcraft/Data/
Of course, if you are just downloading other people's edits, then you just take the MPQ you downloaded and perform steps 3 and 4 above. |

DropMPQ does nothing for me. I can't drop files or folders on it. Can't launch it either.
I am using Mac OS 10.5.2
What version are you using?
