I can't seem to find one that works, and my own attempt at the has Phailed.

When the MPQ is downloaded, place it inside your WoW Folder\data\enUS
Also, rename the MPQ to patch-enUS-# (# = number. I would recommend replacing # with a 4 if you don't already have patch-enUS-4. However, if you do, use 5.)
Have fun, and remember to post any errors you encounter back on this thread, but I highly doubt you will receive any errors!
(P.S. The hairstyles affect the male orcs too, this goes with any model changes that you change hairstyles with too. Also, without changing hairstyles, your model changed guy will look semi-glitched, so yah... Also a few of the orc female (now NE Female)'s hairstyles changes the textures of the ears...Oh well, this will happen no matter who model changes this for you.)
