Just noticed something houseplant wrote that I missed; "the animations could be swapped if you chaged the m2 file. swap the animation numbers in the file for bow and xbow\gun. but then it would be for every gun\bow\xbow..."

- The thing is that you can't, the animation-ID's in the .m2 are the same for Crossbows / Bows for some reason.

Ok this is the most i have gotten


I manged to change some animation like Run to 1h ready but when i change others my screen just goes nuts and displayed the insides of my character.

the fastest way i found to swap it was

0x04 uint32 Start timestamp
0x08 uint32 End timestamp

Swap those values with the values of the ones that go with the animation you want and your set. Btw this is some advance stuff and requires Hex. good luck!
