Name says it all can you get banned for using WoWMe or is it safe to use without the worry of that I know there must be a chance if I tell some one but if I kept it to myself is there still a chance?

Model editing itself is generally undetectable.
You should be safe for using normal area edits, character swaps, armor swaps etc.
Exploitable edits, like Campfire > Dark Portal might get you banned only if you get reported.

Ok cool so good to Race to Race model changes is safe thanks a bunch I was kinda wondering about that.

Hello there.

Model Editting cannot be detected. However, if you're planning on doing this just don't yell in a capital 'OMG LOLZ I R UNDEAD MALE WITH MODEL EDITZ WOW WTF'

Because if someone reorts you, you may draw the attention of a GameMaster, and they can check your data folder, and give you a 3 days ban for it.

But as long as you play it carefully, nobody will ever know, so also not Blizzard

Model editing can be detected.. Everything can get detected .. You are able to detect it as soon as you start up WoW.. I may even provide you the exact informations on how to do it. And Blizzard knows all that, you have my word. But they dont do something against it. Still they are able to.

i actually have no idea what this Campfire > dark portal is, is it that you can go to outlands by just going in to a campfire (that would look like a dark portal??)

No.. that is a modelchange, which helps you to go to higher places. When you place a campfire, it will stand up a dark portal, and you can use it for exploring, exploiting.. you can go up on Stormwind- Walls etc.
