Sorry to post twice but I've been trying to get the one on the sticky to work but it seems to crash my game when I try to look at my NE female with it am I doing something wrong or is it just not updated for 2.3 yet? I've tried to make my own but failed.

The reason it won't work was because WoW patched model editing it 2.3 but there is a 2.3 model fix that allows you to use model edits again. You won't find it on this website as they make people pay to get to the area with it. However some quick simple google searching will help you find it.
