I'm confused about the latest version of it, I've been away for a while now so I was wondering

I'm supposed to press home to enable the model changing now,

so I need to press end and manually close before I enter the game with my selected character or something like that?

End = Disables the fix.
Home = Enables the fix.

You gotta disable it before beginning the login process, and re-enable it before the login process finishes (After the authentication step). so that you have it re-enabled before your character select screen loads.

Do it that way and you'll be right.
