Rename it to patch-x.MPQ (with x being a random number 3-9 or a random letter a-z)
Let me know in case it doesn't work, I still haven't upgraded my WoW to 2.2.
And use a model edit fix.

The sword model is working great, but somehow i loose some of my gear. Shoulder and pants models are gone but swod looks great. Is it possible to fix that thing?

I have now same problem with Silune, wow doesnt start when using modeledit.

Lost some parts of my gear on first one, but on that second one wow wont start with modeledit :<
