Ok So Im getting tired of the big fat cow I decided I wanted a change.

I've read quite a few guides, but the results always turn out the same, as as far as I know im doing it right.

It's Just the Face is half missing, and I know theres the head fix for size, but the UD model is changed to the size of the tauren, that how it will always be? Or is there a change for size, like the helm. Also the extra fury feet

Any help is greatful

mainly you forgot the textures. the other thing (with the jaw) is a dbc-thing.

Was taking a look through the character select screen yet this one my druid seemed to be pretty much almost normal

EDIT: Don't know If I uploaded the right one. Cant redownload because of the limit >.<
EDIT2: Just made a Belf Conversion and it worked great, just a case of sorting out the Jaw now

, My Tauren -> UD just doesn't want to work, If anyone else could try I would be greatful

Well I just made a Gnome conversion and that worked fine for my druid, but on my warrior Its well ugly: Well Sorry for the sizes

you always forget to change _all_ textures.
your gnome has only ~5 textures but the taurens have ~8. so the last 3 will still be the old ugly ones.

the other problem seens to be the hair / facial features. i know that things suck, but to get a nice change you _have_ to do it.

the last thing: feet / boots.
this again is a dbc-thing. you have to edit the second column (not the id

) to 12 to show the boots. else you'll just have feets

I have not even edited any IDs :O
For some reason the edits are only messing up on my warrior, not my druid.

the reason, its just messing with your warrior is, that

EDIT: Just tried Its exactly the same as What I had done

Its always my war that messes up but my druid is fine. Does it matter that I moved my war from one realm to another? Wouldn't think so but Its the only char its happening on.

EDIT: schlumpf is right, IDs need to be changed because Its using old textures to fill in.I just made a level one char could scroll through and would see the normal UD skins then at the end it would change to Cow skins

Will take a look at changing the IDs later one once I have dinner.

Awesome. Ive been trying to do Tauren Female -> Undead male and im having some issues with the jaw and eye glow etc nice to see you fixed that.. I dont think the question from the first post has been answered tho - is there any way to make the UD male smaller? When converting Tauren -> UD it keeps the Tauren size.. you walk around being like twice as big as the other UD. This didnt seem to happen when i converted to Gnome but always when converting to UD. Its the same in your conversion...

Same problem with gonster, I would like a guide or any help on how to change the character's size.. I've changed my tauren to UD and NE but both are too big.

PS. Mercer's edit is not working for me properly. ;S
