BLPs to PNGs, do your editing then PNGs to BLP.

he used the horde PvP textures over the ally R14 set, you can hex edit everything but shoulders, that you need to do in M2 / BLP way, he uses the archmageshoulders there bigger then normal ally pvp shoulders.
