Ok so Im working on a dun morogh edit and I changed the detail models (the little grass and rocks) to the model of claw of kathune. now sometimes it will display fine but other times its so glitchy it lags my computer can anyone tell me whats happening?

Woah crazy... well this is because of how those little details are loaded. They are loaded as your run at them. Theres a yardage I am sure, but since they are loaded this way, a huge object replacing them, such as yours, really screws things up.

So its the size? If thats the case I guess I can just replace them with something smaller

Maybe it has seperate flags for how its drawing the items like that and since grass ect is intended to be Billboarded (always facing).... The size isn't helping either though =p

Actually grass isnt always facing
