Need some help with DBC if possible :( - 07-11-2007
i was wondering if it was possible to edit hair with DBC? as i wanna change my UD's mohawk into somthing else (the kinda i jsut woke up messy hair look) if any1 can help me id be so happy ^^

Trial and error man. DBC's are tough to work with usually, take your time and try to udnerstand what everything stands for. Then trial and error till you understand. Thats usually how it works with ME'ing.

What program i use to edit CharSections.dbc?

Extract it and use the DBC tool on it to turn it into Micro Excel readable format then put that through csv.exe and edit it there.

now the CVStoDBC dont work ^.^ dont the day just get better :P it says it is missing a file
