We've tried to convert a 3ds model into a m2, it works perfectly in noggit but we got this problem ingame (wow 2.4):

You mean that those rails disappear and re-appear every time is a problem?

My guess is that either the model is too long or that you got black faces during the converting that makes the texture "invisible" in a different view angle. Also there's the possiblity that you've added transparency on the model or texture making it completely invisible but dunnow bout how you did it so.
