Help Getting Model Edits to Work - 04-27-2008
I downloaded an Orc male --> Undead male model edit, I have it labeled as patch-4 and it is saved as an MPQ file inside the data folder.

I also have the 2.4.1 version of Chazwazza's model edit fix in the wow directory.

So when i want to play, i start Chazwazza's model edit fix it takes me to the log in screen, i log in, and i look at my orc male still .

so what have i done wrong?

Did you change the wowme configuration?
You have to write the name of the mpq file in the model edit configuration i think .. but i'm sure

hmm, I did not change the wowme configuration, how would i go about doing that?

when you copied the model edit fix into your wow folder, there were several files with it, for example wowme.dll, forcelibrary.dll, and one that is marked as microsoft office outlook configuration or other ..simply open that file with editor and follow the instructions written there.

thats the configuration part

Ok, i have read and reread the entire 18 page post by Chazwazza and i am still left with the same question.

maybe someone would like to post a link to this magical readme?
