After model changing from HuM to ScM, the undead model still had my human's face and facial hair plastered to it. Additionally, the bones that stick out are the color of its hair. Would appreciate help with this!

Greeting Flail. I Recently made a Gnome Male > Undead Male edit and noticed the same.

The problem is, there are more Facial hair files for the human male than there is for the Undead, you need to replace these with possibly a blank .blp file. Or if you copy one of the undead and follow the file names to replace them.

If you check out the Human folder you can see what Facial hair files you need to replace.

They are named 'FacialHairLowerxx_xx.BLP and FacialHairUpperxx_xx.BLP Where X is a number, for e.g FacialHairLower01_02.blp

If you are still stuck i can upload my files later which should fix most of the facial problems on undead.
