Hi guys, i got a little problem.
I've changed the model of my male NE to male UD, or at least ..i tried it, following the most comprehensive guides i found here.
Now i've got the problem that the skin color, the hair color, the hair style and the face style are still wrong.
Whatever i've tried, the result was always the same.

Did you even swap any of the textures?

I highly recommend you get one of Merfed's race swaps. The thread's stickied somewhere.

I used Merfed's Race to Race first, however, the skin and head are the same (and with his fix chin is bugged. Second thing is that his fix is out of the common.mpq, while mine is from data-2, This is because the common.mpq's Mutilate animation is still the pre-patched version and looks like total shit on an undead.
So i tried to do it on my own, the result is seen on the screens.

Maybe i try it again until i get it to work, although some help here would be nice.

I don't use his because the link shows "Night Elf to Alliance races" on Alliance to Horde conversion. I've downloaded it several times, expecting that this was a mistake in the link, however ..it IS Night Elf to Alliance.
And i dont wanna play any alliance race

Tried the mpq in your first post and it seems some of the skins were skipped. Nelfs have more skin colors than undead apparently. You can fix this by copying some of the undead textures.
