Help [Question] What am I doing wrong? (Animation editing) - 04-08-2008

So since 2.3, I have been changing my undead attack animations from 1h to 2h using Glitchy's Model Editing Studio and MyWarcraftStudio. When 2.4 came out, I decided to do it again, except this time it isn't working... I do have the latest (2.4.1) model edit fix. I will list in order what I do, and if anyone could point out to me what (if anything) I'm doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.

1.) Open MWS and open common.mpq
2.) Go into CHARACTER\SCOURGE\MALE and extract ScourgeMale.m2 to some random folder.
3.) Using the Animation Swapper tool in Glitchy's MES, I open ScourgeMale.m2 and swap the animations. Then exit MES.
4.) Go back into MWS, and create new MPQ archive. I select the modified ScourgeMale.m2, and then put CHARACTER\SCOURGE\MALE before it, then hit ok, save and close archive.
5.) With the new MPQ containing the modified ScourgeMale.m2, I drag it into the data folder, set it up with MEFix, then enter the game using WoWME.
6.) Animations = Not swapped/fail

That's as detailed as I can get with what I have been trying to do. Thanks in advance for any helpful answers.

I'm not sure if this will work, but did you try capitalizing the .MPQ?
