Hi Guys, today i downlaoded the new wowme 2.4
i started the game, reached the login window, and forget to press f8..
lol? i came to my character section, and my troll were a troll!
wtf?
I have a troll male -> orc male in my data folder, i used it a few days ago..
kk, i searched another model edit.. my target was troll male -> gnome female..
do the same way, with a wowme 2.4 from a other site..
still dont work.. my troll is a troll.. i dont get a error, its a troll..

Any1 know what i do wrong ?

You sure it's in your data folder? : p and it's actually your troll gender to orc ?

Don't forget to add your patches to the .cfg file. Also there is a new MEF in the Bots & Programs section. You could use that instead if you are more familiar with it.

getting the same problem, putting the mpq in my data folder but even if i load without wowme 2.4 i get no error nothing, just no changes?

Are you running wowme.exe or the Model Edit Fix?

the mef i got was the wowme exe using it along with glitchys race changer

just doesnt seem to do anything atm :<

Ok if you are using wowme.exe.

The new version allows you to load any file you like. To do so enter the name in wowme.cfg (eg: orctonightelf.mpq). IT MUST INCLUDE .MPQ!!
You can comment the log file using a #.
The mpq file needs to be in Data/

1) Run WoW with WoWME.exe
2) Once you reach the login screen, hit F8 to restore changes & unload DLL
3) Login
4) Have fun

I would also try making the p in patch-#.MPQ not capitalized and the .MPQ capitalized.

Also try a sample edit that you know works from the forums. 2.4 may have messed up something in your edit.

Finally, if this doesn't work go try the MEF from the Bots and Programs section.

..so.. now it works

No problem, took me a couple tries with the new one too.

Could be an error with your .MPQ file. Try getting one from the model editing section (one that you know works). Also you could always try the MEF from the bots and programs section. The issues above are the only problems I know with wowme.exe.

Im gettin this problem as well, im using the Blood elf Male --> blood elf female Conversion from the forums. but it doesn't seem to be loading at all
