Update Nogg-It to support to WoW Client 2.3.3

1) Server Emulator:
mangos 5105(2.3.3).enUS
Ascent 2.8 stable.3671(2.3.3).enUS
2) WoW Client: 2.3.3.7799 enUS
3) os: WindowsXP Pro enUS
4) build by MS VC 7.1

5 Bugs:
1) when using selection-mode with Shift_F4,mouse selection obj may crash the problem.
2) LeftMouseBtn's problem when click the screen.

Notes:
I only test v0.11 in client 2.0.12 & 2.3.3. because the WoW 's File Format about map may have no changes from 2.0.12~2.3.3,
so it's my deduction that this version can run on wow client 2.0.12~2.3.3(may have problem).

OpenGL Requirements for WoW Map Editor

1) OpenGL Requirements:
OpenGL 1.5 or OpenGL 2.0
for use shader,your graphic card needs OpenGL 2.0

the requirements inherits the wow map viewer:
support this:
GL_ARB_vertex_buffer_object
GL_ARB_multitexture
GL_ARB_vertex_program
GL_ARB_fragment_program

if no, you may meet "Error: Cannot initialize OpenGL extensions."

2) Tools to see your OpenGL Info:
you can use this one to see your card OpenGL info:

As far as I know the bonestructure of the m2´s changed with 2.x, therefor you cant save your files!

Works for me! although, the second time I opened it, it creates error when I target a piece of land
tested it live on enEU 6677 client, works like a charm, if you look away from the error I get :P

DELETE THE LINKS IN YOUR POST IMMIDIATLY.

When you target a piece of land, you just first put down the Shift key,then click the left mouse btn,it will be ok.

From what I know the MEF is not supposed to be openly shared cause blizz might get a hold of it and there goes another nerf.

For some reason whenever I just....left click, critical error bam program shuts off.

Yeah, this seems to work. I can't edit anything tho. Becuase when I left click I get an error message and it closes down. But I can see that you allready is aware of that problem.

v0.14 some small fix
1 fix for left_mouse_btn down problem
2 correct: low terrain is Ctrl_LeftMouseBtnDown
3 shader effects has some problem. If effect is ugly,toggle it with : 1
