Thanks, although that doesn't make it certain that it's a problem with the patch it certainly seems that way.

Makes me feel a lot better about myself though, I know I'm really new to the model editing but if I messed it up even with a program this amazing and easy to use, I'd lose a little more respect for myself.

I'm a little confused, because I want to replace a current model with one I modified, but I need access to the original model don't I? It's in the common.mpq, so how am I supposed to do that?

Alright. I changed human male -> undead male. I sort of kind of got undead male, yet at the same time I look completely spastic - not the default forsaken. Why is this? I don't particularly want to grind through 84 other pages, so I'm just posting here.

Don't have to read all the pages, just needed to read the last couple posts or the last page -- seems it needs to be updated for the latest patch, hopefully it's nothing too serious and glitchy can get time to update it, just keep our fingers crossed for now ^^

The only way MES worked for me is when I launched it with WoWMe. I am currently unable to find a version of WoWMe that is appropriate for the new patch. Can anyone help me finding it? And if not, maybe there's another way of getting my model edits to work without crashing without using WoWMe that I am not aware of? Thanks.

I am currently doing a Male Blood Elf to Male Human conversion.

Shealth modification is broken atm so you won't get them on your backs for now.

I hit create a list with my worldofwarcraft/data as the data path.

It's at like 25 percent progress but is moving at like 1 percent per a minute. Is this because of how large the data folder is like 8 gigs or w/e.

This sounds like what I've been getting too. I've been assuming it's because of a change with the latest patch but I don't know enough about any of this to be sure. My model is all spikey and crazy deformed. I used a different method from one of the other guides on this site (that used MyWarCraftStudio) and came up with the same freaky looking model.

you need to recreate your list in the race changer screen before you make your new mpq. if you don't you'll end up with black screen/incorrect model problems.

race -> race worked perfect for me after doing that.
