You need a modeleditfix. You can use this after you have started WoW. It is WoWEmuhacker. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

+rep, awesome post. I remember getting very frustrated and just leaving modelediting altogether, wishing that a program that would do this for me would be made, but shoved that aside since it was an absurd thought. Guess what i felt when i heard about this

Did you do the MPQEditor program options? You have to make sure to not let the mpq get encrypted, i forgot to do that at first and i couldn't move when i logged in.

I changed Tauren To Bloodelf, got the settings you said, but when I look at my tauren char's / Attempt to create one the screen is black, and it only shows text and such. Anyone know why?

Since patch today i can't use model editing due to no new fix, yet How do i find my original MPQ and get rid of it in order to log back on my server with normal character models

I believe you're screwed if you left the patchs in your data folder while doing the patch, atleast thats if modelediting is still the same as when I stopped doing it.
